Yes. ETSpilot reads the bus, matches the devices to the right products and recovers group addresses, links, parameters and flags. The bus is only read; nothing is programmed or switched. Values that cannot be determined unambiguously are flagged. Devices with KNX Data Secure cannot be read without their key.
ETSpilot is most convincing on the work you have in front of you anyway.
